I was raised in a small grain farming community in Saskatchewan, Canada. I come from a large family that is very sports oriented. My father Bill played for the Edmonton Oilers in the 1970′s and my brother Quentin currently plays for the Washington Capitals.

Since the time I was little, sports have been a very big and important part of my life. I play hockey and baseball as much as my busy schedule allows, but my true passion is hunting. When I was fourteen, I started hanging out with Cody Robbins. He taught me the ins and outs of the hunting sport. When I was nineteen Cody got me a job as a part time cameraman with an international hunting show. I spent most of my time as Cody’s cameraman on the show, but I did go on numerous trips around North America. My two favorite places that I have been are Mexico for mule deer and the Yukon Territory for the largest of the moose species. I worked on the show for four years shooting videos; I am now proud to be part of the Live 2 Hunt team.
