I was born and raised on our family farm near Delisle Saskatchewn. I, like most farm kids started to hunt at a very young age. Like any farm kid I started hunting gophers and rabbits and then moved up to birds and big game. The best times were hunting with my Uncles and my cousin, Jim Shockey. We hunted rabbits and deer then moose with my Uncles.

I am married to my lovely wife Margie of 25 years. Together we have two children, Kerie and Jeffery, who also love to hunt. Before joining the Live 2 Hunt team, I ran a whitetail hunting camp for seven years.  My biggest love is to take my son hunting and introduce hunting to any kids that have never had the chance. I have met many great friends in the hunting world and I hope to meet many more.
