Today we broke the gates open for the 2012 Mulie archery season... Chaddy Laing and I snuck up to this massive old buck, 18 yards away. After two hours of waiting, the buck stood up and walked STRAIGHT AT US!!! He fed on the shrubs we were hiding behind at four yards, before continuing past us... Chaddy came to full draw with his new Bowtech Insanity and we rose to our feet!!! Chaddy made a perfect shot, AT SIX YARDS!!! The camera was rolling right over his shoulder the whole time. This will be one of the most exciting stalks of next years TV series, I'm sure. Headed back out again tomorrow at 4:30am...
